We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, and billing details. We also collect usage data including messages processed by your AI agents, knowledge base content you upload, and analytics on agent performance. We do not collect personal data from your end-users beyond what is required to process conversations.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Preplix service, process payments, send service-related communications, and analyse usage patterns to improve product features. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
To power your AI agents, conversation data is processed by third-party AI providers including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI. These providers may temporarily process conversation content to generate responses. We have data processing agreements in place with all AI providers to ensure your data is handled securely and not used to train their models without consent.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. In the event of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you within 72 hours.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication. We may use analytics cookies (e.g. aggregate usage tracking) to improve the platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are deleted. If you cancel your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation, unless legally required to retain it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@preplix.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Preplix integrates with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Gmail, and other third-party services at your direction. Use of those platforms is subject to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.
Preplix is a business platform and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-platform banner. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
