By accessing or using Preplix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and administrators.
Preplix provides a Hybrid Human + AI SaaS platform that allows businesses to deploy AI employees for Sales, Support, Finance, HR, and other functions via WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, and other channels. Services include AI agent deployment, channel integration, knowledge base training, and analytics.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Preplix reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Preplix offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial charge. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
AI employees deployed through Preplix are powered by third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude). You are responsible for the content your AI agents send and the accuracy of the knowledge base you provide. Preplix is not liable for AI responses that are incorrect, offensive, or harmful.
You may not use Preplix for: spamming or unsolicited messaging, distributing malware, violating applicable laws, impersonating others, or any activity that could harm Preplix or its users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in violation of this policy without notice.
All platform software, design, and content are the intellectual property of Preplix. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. By using the platform, you grant Preplix a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Preplix treats your business data with strict confidentiality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be processed by AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) solely to generate responses within your agents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preplix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
